Nubifil is made for envelope, bag and mailer converters. It runs on your existing converting lines and cuts material cost by 30 to 50 percent.
For converters currently using Tyvek® material, the table below provides reference points for selecting Nubifil samples. Nubifil is an independent product, and final suitability should be confirmed on your own equipment.

A mailer survives sorting machines, rain and rough handling only if the material does. Nubifil gives you tear resistance paper cannot reach, full waterproofing, and lower weight that cuts postage on every piece.
For padded lines, Nubifil laminates with bubble cushioning. And unlike plastic PE mailers, it is recyclable as #2 HDPE.

Custom printed colors
Nubifil starts as a white flashspun HDPE sheet. For packaging that needs a different look, we can add full-surface printing in gold, silver and other custom colors. Several customers already source custom-printed material from us for finished packaging.
Color is printed on the white base rather than dyed through. Send us a color reference for sampling.

One method to avoid: laser printing. The material softens around 80°C, so laser fusers can damage it.

Nubifil is a flashspun nonwoven made from 100% high-density polyethylene. It belongs to the same material class as spunbonded olefin papers used for premium envelopes and mailers.

Yes. Hard-structure grades from 50 to 120 gsm cover envelopes, labels and courier bags; soft-structure grades from 45 to 70 gsm cover tote and laminated bags. The grade reference table above maps each style to its typical use.
Yes. Gold, silver and other custom-color versions are produced by printing on the white base material rather than dyeing the material through. Send us your target color or reference sample so we can confirm the printing result.
